My stay at Venizia Sarovar Portico was really good, but it had its ups and downs. The staff was super friendly and helpful, especially Mamta and Sunny at the front desk who went above and beyond. However, the room I had could've been cleaner, as there were some cleanliness issues that needed addressing, and the dining options were lacking in taste and variety. Overall, I had an enjoyable experience, but there's room for improvement.
